Basic B Complex contains the entire B complex, including the activated forms of vitamins B2 (riboflavin 5'-phosphate) and B6 (pyridoxal 5'-phosphate), and also includes 80 mg choline citrate.

Due to the intake of processed foods, dysbiosis, internalized stress, hypoadrenia, etc., many patients are deficient in B vitamins. Additionally, factors such as genetics, environmental exposures, dietary intake may cause certain B vitamins to be lower than others in a particular patient.

Usage: 1 to 3 Capsules a day or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
